High ping?
We can add a datacenter closer to you. It joins the database of one of the zones, so your characters stay where they are. Contact us and tell us where you play from.
How the two zones work
- One game ID
- Your ID logs in on both zones. Play on one, or both.
- Separate game data
- Each zone has its own database. Characters, levels and items stay in the zone where you earned them. A zone can run from more than one datacenter; they all share that zone's database.
- Shared Cash
- Cash you top up on this site works in either zone. When you top up, you pick which zone gets the promotion items.
